I cannot say enough wonderful things about Shear Heaven Salon and especially Emily Messer. After recently falling on ice and getting a concussion, I was honestly nervous about even laying back at a shampoo bowl. Emily listened so carefully, moved slowly, and treated me with such gentleness and care. She remembered I was injured and was incredibly mindful the entire time. I never once had to remind her to be careful or adjust anything. That meant everything to me. I went in expecting just a simple trim, but I received the full experience. She shampooed my hair with a vegan product and did so with the softest touch. It felt amazing. She cut off all the dead ends exactly how I asked, fully dried my hair, and even offered to style it. It was the best I had felt all week. She also treated my mom with the same five star attention, which made the visit even more special for us both. The salon itself is beautiful, welcoming, and thoughtfully decorated. It feels open, comfortable, and inviting. They truly serve a wide range of ages and hair needs. I am so grateful to have found this little gem. Thank you, Emily and Shear Heaven. I am already looking forward to my July appointment.

OMG please go see Jerrica for all your hair needs! She is an amazing hairstylist and really takes the time to know what you’re wanting to achieve. I’ve been going to Jerrica for my hair since February 2025 and she’s never let me down. I leave feeling excited and refreshed. I can’t stress it enough to sit in Jerrica’s seat and have your hair done by her.

Loved everything about my experience getting my hair done today! Bri did an amazing job on my cut & highlights. Communication was amazing from the beginning to the end, she gave me exactly what I was wanting. It’s been hard for me to find a salon that actually listens but that wasn’t a problem at all here today. Amy & Emily are also very friendly & I’m always greeted with a smile ❤️

I had black hair and wanted to go platinum blonde. I met 2 'blonding specialists' downtown nashville. MIND YOU they had a big following and influencer on IG. First person i went to did my color correction wrong and i was uneven ginger for a month. second person i went to lifted me to a ash blonde and said i could never achieve platinum and it was the end for me. THEN I made an appointment with AMY for a bleach root touch up/tone/glaze. She also lightened what was needed in some areas that were still warm. She was confident doing my hair and wasn't negative about my hair not lifting or can't achieve it. When she finished, my hair is now PLATINUM BLONDE. she got me done pretty fast vs others I went to for a touch up/tone. shes confident in her work. I have thick dark asian hair and she knows what shes doing. i love this salon and the girls so much! they are sweet, positive, and fun. AMY IS MY GIRL NOW and i look forward to seeing her every month :]
